TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (T&Cs)

Preamble
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions of Sale” or “T&Cs”) apply to any order placed by a natural or legal person acting as a consumer on the online sales website: https://www.phaselab.fr

PHASE.LAB exclusively offers downloadable digital products, including: mockups, motion videos, photo presets, and templates.

PHASE.LAB is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, headquartered at 180 rue Marcel Mérieux, 69007 Lyon, France, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number (RCS number to be added).

2. Products
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Images and descriptions are non-contractual.
Products are provided in digital format, with no physical shipment.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding or including taxes depending on the applicable VAT regime.

PHASE.LAB reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order
Order confirmation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once payment is validated, the customer receives a download link allowing immediate access to the purchased products.

5. Payment
Payment is made via secure solutions provided by Shopify (credit card and other payment methods available on the platform).
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery of digital products
Products are delivered via immediate download after payment confirmation, either by email or via a download link.

Phase.lab cannot be held responsible for any malfunction related to the customer’s internet service provider or hardware.

7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase and download.

By validating the order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

8. Returns and refunds
No returns or refunds are possible after download, except in the case of a defective, corrupted, or non-compliant file.

In the event of a proven technical issue, phase.lab will either provide a new download link or issue a refund.

9. Usage license
The products sold are intended for personal or professional use, depending on the conditions specified at the time of purchase.

Any resale, redistribution, sharing, or unauthorized commercial modification is strictly prohibited.

10. Liability
PHASE.LAB cannot be held responsible for improper use of the products or incompatibility with the software used by the customer.

11. Governing law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
